We specialize in improving sales effectiveness for our clients - with the goal of improving sales commissions for front-line sales people and bottom line earnings for our corporate clients.

Essentially, we work on improving individual sales skills and group teamwork through sales training, establishing better management practices through training & diagnostic assessments, and refining corporate identity, market positioning and the overall sales environment through strategic planning and diagnostic services.

We deliver sales training via three different methodologies: a self-administered remote program called STEP®, traditional instructor-led training, and web-base e-learning.

Our STEP program is unique in the industry. We use change management concepts to cause sales people to actually change their behavior; to use what they learn. This is the only way to achieve a measurable improvement in sales results. STEP also includes an in-depth management curriculum to help sales managers build better teamwork and influence people to go beyond their boundaries, along with tools to help the manager become an integral part of team development. Our S.E.A.™ sales diagnostic gives business leaders and sales managers a unique tool for assessing their sales environment, identifying gaps that may be limiting sales performance, and providing a detailed set of recommendations.
