In May 2002, AAA Networks undertook the STEP® remote program. Having completed the 12-month curriculum, their sales manager, Peter K., believes that the program has made their Account Managers more effective. Here’s what Peter has to say about STEP:
“In fact, one of our Account Managers has applied many of the STEP concepts during the sales process for a very large video conferencing deal that’s worth over $250,000 in revenue.
